wasn't it like 100.5 dex 3x5% parts, hero boots (10%) , dodge and 2 wind bands for 100% on blg

not that I had 100.5 dex or hunted blg on esoma, just remember someone saying maybe wrong

Adding dp to hero boots used to make them 10 - 12 evasion so that is 10 to 12 % evasion 100% of the time.
