7% top +5 7% pads +5 (+8 hero pads 10 dex be better) 10% hero boots +5 10 dex wind and x2 +8 9 dex pumpkin necklace +8 8 dex earring +8 10% knuckle dodge So.. . .that's 81%? Without taking in yours and a mobs dex into account. I think you can still achieve 100% on a mob though, unless it was changed and I don't know it: probable as I don't play hsoma.

I dont know how hero boots work with upgrading drag pill onto them. Esoma they went from 10% to 10-12%?

+dex doesn't count towards 100%, just gives you more dex so your evasion pieces are more effective [/quote]

I think I asked Isylver ingame and he said you could upgrade hero boots and the big was fixed?

There was a formula on esoma .. can't remember what it was to be fair.
You needed boots 10%, Dodge 15%, Halloween pads 3% to achieve 100% on anything. From there you needed to have x? dex above the mob to achieve that 100% - so dex accessories count towards the formula however you still need that 28% in evasion before you could get the 100%. It may be 26% or 27% I guess as this couldn't be tested. I haven't tested anything with eva and achieving 100% on this server yet. I'd guess it would be the same as its a bit of a queer thing to modify however I don't know ;o
