3rd is good enough for stun/ stop ...... keep 3rd and remake 5th to a power attack like 5th sword ... would make having some str and axe skill to be enjoyed by axers with str .
It's just an easy way for mages to get kills atm... strange that its hardly used by axers.. coz axe aint that great as an end weapon for humans.. You know it makes sense to change this.
