Magic Skill MD/MA

Just thought of this while in the Quimm and Iphios staff skill debate.

Might being a little bit of variation into the game. Not sure how it would work yet.

But what about instead of getting 10 MA and 10 MD in that school,

How about choosing either 10 MA or 10 MD. Might make things a little more interesting.

Obviously maybe linked to a quest item or something, as you wouldn't want people flicking between MA and MD every 5 minutes.

But might make pvp and gvw more interesting.

Good idea ,

They could even use this to make magic a little less powerfull by even making it say 15 or even 20 MD

Rather not have the warriors of the server with their accuracy sets + bows instant plump for 10MD.

I like the idea of choosing different bonuses, perhaps not this though.

Zyzz,

Then it would be no different to what it is now.

If a warrior takes MD, and the mage takes MA. It would be what you have now with 100 skill giving 10 MA and MD countering each other out.

This change would only really affect mages fighting vs each other, as both would pick MA, meaning take more damage.

For example if Mage A at a GVW took MA, then found themselves on the stone they would be taking 10 more damage a hit. If Mage B set up to tank, but died, then trying to get back on the stone they would do less damage.

It was just an idea of spicing things up, without actually changing anything drastic.

Prefer a drastic change then, pretty simple..
