Nah theres nothing else than somadev, and it's been neglected for a long time. I've said many times there should be a community modding section with the map editor etc all readily available so the community can make great things for the server or people wanting to create their own but its ignored to the point where they wont even give you the time to reply.
Just turning on PC and I'll upload the editor.

Yes the open soma website and forum is mine but I abandoned and deleted the forums some time ago. I don’t personally have any tools other than the working map editor that Zyzz gave you but if you spend enough time on it, you’ll see it can do everything including making new tile sets, creating new animation files and sequences. I did some private videos on how to do a lot of things some of the hardest bits but they’re locked away.
My huge Hwan edit exists in a couple of places but not publicly available. If a modding section was ever created, I’d happy share some of my custom work. It might motivate me to do more . Having the tool is the key for anyone else and will take time to figure out everything but people genuinely interested in Soma itself will work it out.
