After a little break I've come back and had an idea for the path I want this character to go down. I've decided I wanted to get a nega spear but it means I have to reskill. Why is it so slow and why is it even slower in freemode. Could there be away of removing the slowdown in freemode or just make skilling faster in general. Spent 10-15 hours killing bugs in freeode and I've just hit 100 and it's obvious it's only going to get slower. Would making it a lot faster to gain skill be game breaking or am I missing something?

maybe equip a 100 skill spear.. wotever that is.. and go kill some mobs, level up a bit ..not in freemode..2x qwikker skill and gain some stats and levels

Thanks for the reply. I don't want to lvl with spear, not the gains I'm after. Is skill gains based on DMG done or hits?

Skill is hit based, full up on training weapons- lowest attack = more hits to kill.

Thanks for the reply. So the next question will be would the GM consider increase the gaining of skill in free mode and across the board.

I believe that skill is hit based. You should consider using a low recoil weapon.

Thanks for the reply. Could we agree or disagree to the idea of getting skill gain increased across the board? See if we can make a push to get it reviewed by those in power.

best thing you can do is make a low end intense nub weap and +2 it and hope it goes A/A+,what i did lol

Tag weapons give higher attack which will slow you down in the end.
