In terms of both at elder mags and at vafer/hellion heretics / prism spiders / Apai the issue isn't about the drop rate (it's good that nega weps are rare) it's the fact that because they are so rare it is absolutely infuriating to have untagged nega weapon drops from these endgame monsters. At the very least these weapons should never drop in untagged format.
