You cant trade valour no but when people get and upp new weapons they can then trade their old ones or if they change weapons they can propose offers on their current gear. Well proc tabs should remain at ultiamapus soz but the other tier junk most people npc especially now with the new tier in. It imrpoves the economy as lss junk will drop at mobs and hopefully improve the quality of the drops, allow players to have items that are actually valuable to trade with and are desired.
