+1 make hoarde mode a free event.
In terms of the cost of pots, leave it as it is. With pot prices as they are and barr being required to buy valour items, it is actually being used a currency again. While valour is still dropping from mobs, make it so when you're in free mode valour doesn't drop. There's countless bots about these days, sub lvl 100 chars farming df, palus etc and even lower lvl chars farming orcs and frost trolls. It makes absolutely no sense having low lvl chars farming the currency for top end items but still allows new players/chars to actually get the currency as they level legitimately. I'd personally prefer a reduction in cost of the valour armour. Weapons are fine.

Agree on pots. Don't really mind the cost as much as the weight. On Hsoma can barely bring 100 pots with me while on Dsoma there is no real issue.

All my chars hunt in freemode and occasionally get some, was surprised - d0n's lvl126 , 214 str and getting the odd Val scroll while doing the 8k hoard shanis quest. Think it's due to the pants Dex.

I tried vafers for 2 hours and all I got was a few untagged Nega weps 😂
Edit - the only good thing about them is that you get a daily for 100 vafers so that’s a plus if we’re gonna have to pay for an event 🤣 |
