Lupi is just a broken record, best off ignoring him but I will respond here - totally agree slower levels he’s been begging for since forever is a terrible idea, no sane person would want to spend 6 months doing 5 levels. Keep making new character’s if you’re so desperate to level, don’t try to make everyone else suffer just because you want that BS.

Bring in ghost upgrade like it’s been suggested for the past 2 or 3 years, make farming normal mobs actually worthwhile and you might see some old players bothering.

As Tyrese has said people have a life outside this game, adjust it accordingly or you’re gonna have about 15-20 players maximum - even then the numbers slowly dwindle as they have done for years.

"TYRESE"If horde could be scaled so solo players or small groups have a realistic chance at getting far it would help all players.

Slower levels and slower stats as 3D has said is the most ridiculous idea. People are already struggling for time to play and find it too hard, how is making it harder and slower going to help? Just because you want to spend longer playing and it lasts you longer because your unemployed and sit on soma all day doesn’t mean the rest of the UC are.

Let nega tears drop from vafers, prisms, elders at this point. Let people have something valuable to farm.

Edit - also let scrolls drop from hellish trolls / vafers / wasps / prisms also. That would keep the noob chars from farming valour in a week.

Was thinking more like 10 levs maybe.

If we get the 5 levs that can be completed in a week or 2. then like Raven says, we're back at square 1 and whats the point.
Just merely suggesting longer time to level up would give more long term appeal.
Maybe a somewhere in the middle timescale.
Anyway all about opinions.. and to ghosting .. no no no no no...

What your suggesting Lupi is eve ln more damaging to the game. Before any cap raise happens in the future, stats need sorting, new mobs need to be worthwhile hunting not just for the sake of capping, drops with new mobs along with the last two tiers of mobs need sorting, valour needs looking at in regards to drops and also horde element.

Giving people 10 levels over 6 months does nothing because people will cap, not get any items to get double tabs / valour weaps / armor and we will be in the same boat. If you sort horde, drops, lack of items and ghost upgrade then mark my words and you’ll see players come back. You see so many comments of people in discord / the forum poking around waiting for things to improve before returning. Throwing them more levels while still keeping new items unattainable won’t entice them back.

I agree, a cap raise would be lovely but only when done right and in the right order of getting the game to a healthy place. Until then, stop banging on about fucking level increases.

ive said countless times stats need reworking over the last 2 years or more
and items to drop from mobs... keep ya ears open x

cap raises doesn’t solve any of the major problems one bit, it just creates a sticking plaster over the wound for a few weeks then your back to square one.

1 - the stats are fecked, going over 230/240 in any main stat (strength or intelligence) will result in lost experience due to high experience required gaining more stats in these, which forces every single player to create an all round balanced character str/dex/int.

Now I don’t know about you but human soma was all about being in control of your own character, building/training it to how you wanted it, not this forced bullshit one way street.

2 - acquiring items. For me soma has lost its way, in that all items where gained from drops. Drops from mobs, bosses not this shit collect x amount of this or that then take to an npc to trade to get said items. That’s not the soma way.

3 - time invested versus reward. Sort this shit out cause soma is a game not a full time fecking job to get a reward.

4 - drops/drop files. Replace all shit accessories with actually useful accessories from all mobs. Drop files really need looking at greatly.

5 - anvil? Love it or hate it, it’s the major hurdle every player gets pissed off with at some point, the guarantee +2 helped abit but again was just a sticky plaster. The fake ghost upgrade still not a fan of this but soma has nothing to lose to try this method out.

Bring the fun, enjoyment, rewards back to soma and I bet the uc will grow....... if you build it, they will come.
