Halloween pouches are a good shout.
Perhaps they have usable items whereby your armour or weapon gets random enchant for a set amount of time say 6/12/24 hours. Weapon enchant +3-3 dmg for 24 hours Weapon enchant +5-5 dmg for 12 hours Then MD of Def for armours etc.

If this happens, id suggest an NPC to use them so its a hallowean item, not a whole year round item :)[/quote]

Pouches with alittle more drop rate for multiple of everything in game, but only 1 item too pouch, make pouchs drop from everything, but only with say 50 drop rate or something since spirits powder is like 4? =)

Perhaps when you collect items you trade it in for an armor piece or weapon. That you can currently use. For instance an NPC has every armor and weapon with an adjusted stat bonus. You take your tokens to the NPC and trade it. Say I currently use a plate set and slayer axe. The NPC has the item with better stats but same requirement . Alternatively the item could have a lower stat requirement. After Halloween just wipe the items from the users.

Bring back con elfs in all towns for 1 week.
Same dropfile as test server means that it is exciting to maybe get a RDT or Delight Tab etc, gives people the incentive to con and skill too. |

I would like to see low level devils arours like strong being dropped by event mobs for humans with random stats from 16 str - 68 str armor so gives low levels and mid levels a chance to be involved in the event.
