MoS: A Therapeutic Experience

Happy New Year all,

A special thanks to Finito and iSylver. Your work makes a difference.

Last year my physical health rapidly deteriorated and as a result, with it, so did my mental health.
I decided to play some Soma again (played on/off for years) to serve as a distraction from my personal challenges.
This was my first time hitting the cap and doing things like upgrades etc.

Soma has been a great help in the therapeutic sense; helping me relax and offering that distraction.
I'm a PvE player who enjoys helping others. If you're new and need help, feel free to message me.
I am also open to talking to anyone as it pertains to mental health. Talking is a great cure.

Like-minded players, when hiccups occur (and they will), don't let them deter you from enjoying the game in the manner you do. And understand that others may be experiencing their own challenges, and as such, play the game differently than you.

Where you can: be kind to each other and respect one another. All the best for 2023.

Oh, and... buying NHS (Stay at Homelmet) :P

Prayer, X, Z
