There’s certainly a few options;

- add a baseline ms increase to upgraded speed weapons could use a scaling percentage based on a scale so it impacts more so at faster speeds (speed - 1000) /10 added for example

E.g 400 -1000 = 600/10 = 60 ms additional delay

700 - 1000 = 300/10 = 30 ms additional delay

(Calc would be tweaked but all this essentially does is help negate the impact of SS and toe which we should have done originally without massive DB work)


- tweak hp calc to improve defense

- make defense upgrades more readily available

- increase number of champ drops

- add new armour above champ

- reduce wep skill bonus on attack further

- increase range reduction damage on bows

Regarding weapon recoil, I would think whichever method that is capable of sorting the mess out best I’m all for. I also think before anymore tiers of weapons are ever brought out that recoil caps, speed upgrade would be looked at beforehand so this isn’t an issue in the future. Need to get players willing to increase attack, accuracy etc over speed speed speed.

Health does need a tweak personally, can’t remember values from esoma ie con giving 8, 9,10, 11 hp per str level up etc the hp values on hsoma seem to be a good 200 or more down on a level 135 with 32 con.

As for defence upgrades, the double tabs have created a lack of use I would think in that say 8 cdt on a piece of armour would give an additional 16 attack and 16 defence to a character so defence upgrades need to beat them for extra additional defence for a character.

imo the game pvp wise is as balanced as its ever been. mages are actually glass cannons liek they should be the only thing that is missing is something to make range 1 weps worth using as atm its just a ton of risk with very little reward seeing as if u get in range to atk u just get stoned and 1 shot by a mage .bows should do max dmg at range 3 and be weaker at range 1-2 4-5-6 idk what u would scale it too but how its scaled seems pretty balanced i would like to see a way of building a tank char maybe add big def ups like 6-6 def and md ups so that u can tank in pvp again make them only work to +5 make so that mages couldnt stack them and proc

how and what stone does and its' requirements to use need to be reviewed

every weapon could have a new aura of stun/stone call it what u like..lasting 3-4-5 secs ish ...would add some balance if the axe was reduced too in duration
would give mages a chance for a different 2nd wep, so they don't all need axe

% increases for the proc tabs of slow/ poison/confuse , blind etc could be increased for added zing
they don't seem to be used very much atm
similar thing with pods too...they seem a bit redundant since cdt's etc

could have new defensive pods too, rather than att , if the %'s were worth having

"ISYLVER"

This game is/has been a joy to work on. It’s got me personally through some very tough times and still does




:') - I believe its helped a good few through hard times, especially for mental well being.

Add a PvE option please and figure something of a workaround to stop where it was abused by people who PK on other characters/use it at bosses - that really spoilt it for the "casual player"

2, Crafting bots - make materials cost zero, make crafting zero cost and zero profit and watch the crafting bots disappear overnight.

3, End game content
Tov expanded
More repeatable quests
More options to hunt

4, buff bosses to reflect how the server has advanced from the start nega should be 3-4 times harder for example

5, starting with 32 con 100 int or int free % until 100

6 5v5 10v10 etc winning side gets random bosses

7 - gvw perks make it worthwhile

8 - mintons make them have value

9 - more value to owning

10 some change to bring valour weps in line (mainly bow)

Wonder if the bonus damage from skill could be nerfed on bow alone? Might be worth looking into.

eg,
all weapons are at 250% bonus damage from skill, change bow to 100/150, might fix the issue while allowing other weapons to remain decent. (bonus from staff could be looked at also as ma is a dead stat in pvp)

Is it possible to allocate a set amount of mats to each character at the shops per day, that way each player would get the chance to buy there mats to craft and gain there craft skill. You could even charge a set amount of Barr to pay for this service.

You could set quests, a simple chat to npc and give them barr, repeatable x times a day for n mats each time. It's easy to exploit though. Although any such system of limiting mats per char is easily exploitable.

It's almost as if making barr worth something in a game where npcs will give out unlimited amounts of it wasn't a very good idea.

Trouble with quests is your limited to the bag weight regarding any reward so mat wise a waste of time. Was just throwing a thought out with previous post to make it easier for casual players being able to get some mats and craft and not waste there time fighting with bots in abias at npc’s.

Cheats just get bk abyss map to farm SD and VALOUR
