I say we put it down to a voting system.
I vote yes I also think that there should be a hourly cap per day for xp/stat gains. So if it's possible, you're rested last 6 hours, for those 6 hours you can gain xp/stats, anytime after that you can still hunt but not make any gains. That way people who are botting can only gain a certain amount per day.

good drops good barr fix anvil that's the thing that's drove most off? some work into rvr and some thinking power "and doing" can make it fun. A wipe you can goodbye to loads From what i see anvils been set to drive us all off so a wipe you might as well say bye everybody perm

No voting system over an issue you guys Fantasize the server is being played from active people that don't want server wipe.
Valor weps was being added so str Mages could be killed and the potbot you was using can't keep them alive anymore so you cry about it. When Mages could 1 shot others you guys was ironic and played the bullys back then...that was your glory days... When you could deliver 1.200 dmg with weaken and without proc and warriors 200 300 Max. As for Eric and the others that decided to come back after 3 years and they want Server wipe and they never Hunt as well for years. What you guys try to do is cheap tactic and its hilarious at the same time. Many people here put time and effort to make their gears because you can't or don't want to make this effort you ask for a Server wipe. Server is this accept this fact come online and work and farm spend time in game do something useful than try to destroy other people hard work. Not to mention that..mEvery time you guys are losing you want wipe of Server you destroyed test server that was fun for all and easy...and now you try to ruin and destroy this one too.

Since I was playing Lost ark before some month's and i stopped i demand Server wipe since others are stronger than me nowadays.Thats just stupid.
So to end this here not even one actual daily logging player want this except people who never play game so RESPECT this people and if others want to come online and play they are most welcome.
But you didn't answer me when DL was stronger can you send me some comments that you wanted server wipe...im looking forward to read them.

Regarding a server wipe; absolutely not. The comparisons being drawn by what other dissimilar games do with seasons etc is flawed and is not considering a distinct difference: a high-demand player pool. Myth of Soma in no way, shape or form has a high-demand player pool, it instead has a niche audience that is the same size it has been for a decade. Many of which have moved on and no longer have the time or the interest to play. Legend of Mir was cited here in reference to this idea of seasons/wipes. I have a relative that plays Legend of Mir II Arcadia which is probably the most popular LoM II server currently (the game that was hosted by Games Network along with Soma). There are no seasons, there are no wipes, it has been active and ongoing for years. The one difference there, however, is that the game is monetized (they have a cash shop etc.). The GM/Developer is extremely active and takes the role as a job (he's literally being compensated for his time). We do not have monetization here and we certainly shouldn't expect the sort of dedication Arcadia receives when there is no compensation toward the personal time of GM/Developer(s) here. The personal lives of Finito and iSylver cannot be dismissed. I, personally am 40 years of age, I played eSoma from the very beginning (when the sprites were completely different) and my playstyle has been pretty consistent throughout. I mostly stick to myself and try to be as respectful and helpful toward other players as much as I can. Recently, I've been trying to have a little more fun in the game, being more open and talking / sharing with other players. Some of you may notice me stood in town a lot during British day-time hours, this is often because I simply have Soma on to the side while I'm working from home. I play when I can and I'd say I'm able to be online more than the average 40-year-old. I have not spent a penny on this game since it was under a subscription at Games Network, I've previously given most things away rather than sell them etc, and I'm sure many can attest to this. I say all of that to say this; I wouldn't want to start over, and perhaps that's a good thing for me on a personal level, but I am confident that would not resonate well with many other players in the game. All of the petty arguements and abuse thrown around in-game chat (global shout etc), all of the new player harrassment (that I hear about taking place on Devil's World), the inevitable consequence of people stealing other players' names, the necessity for heightened observation and all the extra work and stress that would need to be absorbed by seemingly one individual in Finito (no disrespect to iSylver, it is just to my limited understanding that Finito has been responsible for the game for quite some time). I really wouldn't want to witness all of this. To parrot others, I'd encourage the idea of just playing the game and accepting it for what it is and has been. If there are updates and things improve -- awesome, fantastic. If things remain as they are, that's okay too. Oh, and, voting can be easily skewed, we know this, so even that wouldn't be a reasonable measure. Z / Prayer
