down again in middle of gv :O?

But when that entire guild knows the person who is doing it and could report it to the police (ddos is an actionable crime in the UK and most of europe) then it kinda pisses a lot of people off. even if eq/titans know the person and they called the police what they gona do? I believe the myth of soma is classed as a project is not a business, so would it not be down to the owner of the server to call the police as its effecting there business Ddossing is still a criminal activity as defined by a few statutes I cba to look up and quote.... it doesn't matter if this is just a project etc the crime is being committed. It would have to be the server hosts who need to report it.............. I have a fair bit of knowledge about cyber crime. It is difficult but can be done... since when do we not report crimes just because of the presumed lack of police resources/ability to definitively prove it.... surely that's a matter for police investigation once a crime is reported? URMUM	Ddos attack can be very hard to trace, you know you can hire a botnet for $5 an hour totally anonymous I doubt he's doing it from his own pc.
