Animations running too fast

Anyone know why all the animations are running about 10x too fast for me?

Mines done it a few times, but soon as iv restarted the pc its been fine! Usually when iv dual screened

Same I reset then it's usually OK, seems to do it everytime on one of my pc's though, could be something to do with GFX card.
