Turn pk off during gvw

I think the pk after gvw finishes is all in good nature and fun ect.

But people are camping the respawn area during the GVW and killing people who respawn on 1 hp which just seems a bit petty.

Would be nice to see the same system as WOTW where pk is turned off DURING gvw and turns on again when it ends. I dont see any reason why this change shouldnt go ahead, if someone can see any negatives to this please say so

Or just make it so you respawn inside the respawn area everytime without fail and with at least 1/2 HP, that'd solve all the problems

No. that would defeat the point of making a wall (Die outside the wall and itll just warp you inside going by what you said) or the defending side having an advantage as they spawn inside and everyone else outside.

Can also just leave pk mode on and just make everyone spawn with full or half hp if they die in guild hall during gvw rather than 1hp.

I can only assume that when the game was originally being developed that this was an intended mechanic of the gvw.. why else would they make it this way?!

btw I'm not disagreeing with your suggestion.

If you spawn outside of the wall, but inside the zone then the cheap-shot-pk'ers cannot abuse your low HP with a valid PK.

Spawning inside the area of GVW does not defeat the point of the wall, just change the location of spawning depending on where you died.

If you die inside the hall, spawn outside the wall.

If you die outside the wall (presumably only by the opportunist PK'ers) then spawn just in front of the entrance to the wall of GV.

If you die inside of the walls, but out of the hall, spawn in the usual spot outside of the walls.

All the while, if attending GVW you are still in the GV flagged area.
