I think u get better dex gains? like if you use 2h swd u get better str gains

It does more damage so faster exp = faster stats.
But if it's too slow you might be better of normal. Time them both. |

They don't give a different ratio of stats. As said above it only has to do with your DPS. Also it's simply what you prefer.
