Scenario:
I have 100 Black magic skill then got Iron Fist magic then tried to cast it once. Currently, from 100 it turned down into 77 and white magic skill to 0.2 and I can't cast any black magic that I've learned atm |

That would be because you have now made your character a white mage.
Go to black magic trainer to go back to black! |

weird bug;
after further testing: I logged out up to the char select screen and selected my char to go back and I still can't cast. Then I logged out, closed the client after the char select screen appeared and ran Soma again and logged in and I was able to cast black magic again.
