Phyra, I don't think there was an racial or hurt meant. It was just meant to be a jovial meme. Was also posted a few days before the new hurricane hit. I think it would just have been the first image of smiling children on a google search.

well thank you for removing it ... its ok to post picture's but including pic w/ children in disaster ..and so on etc. etc. its not funny .. specially w/ edetting like that .. even it's an old post , when people sees it specially me a mother and i came from to that country not funny at all...

Just to clarify - that picture was made prior to the hurricane.
The picture is not a picture of children in a disaster as far as I am aware. When making the meme I searched "Filipino children with presents"
and I completely agree with what you say in your post isn't funny.

The picture was in no way meant to cause offence and if it did then I genuinely apologise. As I said racism or laughing at a disaster is not in my nature.
