[FIXED] Black Dragons Blood

ELRIC	The black dragons blood do not appear to add any dura to items. Have tried 3 now and 0 dura added but still says +1 on item. FINITO [Staff]	Edit: Fixed. Black dragons blood will now work on armor, and accessory items (it was already working on weapon items). Will look into getting Black dragons blood returned to those who wasted them on armor and accessory and/or adjust the item upgrade level. This will take some time to sort out.
