Making 'large jade' is 2 'medium jade' at the Regent Table.
This failed many times, for me and others I asked to do it. Though the item is not destroyed. Later I had 16 'medium jade' which I took to the Regent Table and made 7 'large jade' successfully, but failed on the last one. I can only assume that this means at way things currently stand, you need more than 2 'medium jade' in your inventory to make a larger jade from 2 medium.
