can someone fully explain rested ive just turned level 40 ..... is there any use waiting around in town this low down or just go whacking

Honestly, since you're level 40 it really doesn't matter if you use rested or not, but once you hit level 70/80 rested might come in play since it takes forever to burn it up (that's what i've been told)
Also, all the mobs have been boosted to give more stats check that update so just go around whacking things :)

Basically just carry on mate and make sure you log off in town when you're not hunting.. msg me in game if you need any more help.
