Throw in a weapon or item into a machine, big chance for fail but small chance it upgrades tag and stats? :D Give us a machine like this!

Actually it is a nice idea to use an new item, maybe like a " weapon soul " or " armour soul ", then throw in any weapon or armour piece together with the " soul " and then you get a chance to upgrade your item. Nice right?

Yeh seems like could work out, maybe have it like CS:GO.

10 untags = 1 hardened, 10 hardened make 1 rare, 10 rare make 1 intense, all with fail rates respectively

I wouldent prefer the 10 = 1 system. The idea is to empty your bags not to fill them up :p

Keep it simple imo. Make it so only rare / hard possible. bang a item in, plus a new / existing mat.. 10% chance of getting a hard, 5% chance of getting a rare.

Good ideas so far and yeah drop the 10 for an upgraded item bollocks I mentioned, the standard item + soul or some kind of item to enchant it would be ideal, would be decent :)
