LAZARUS	Believe it was disabled for Wotw / to have somewhere to buy pots when GV isn't accessible. But not killing people who go grey intown is something else. EVIL_JR	We do tbh! Would be nice to see inside hwan castle revamped with npc's, rested and a hwan portal scroll. Maybe make elite guards give 0 exp so people will kill them to access the town?
