Does anyone know what int is needed for inwhang ? Thought it was 74..could be wrong...

Level: 56
Int: 76 Moral: neutral+ These are the basic requirements for inwhang to accept you for the level 4 magic quest, anything outside of this he will offer to raise any moral below neutral by 5 points in exchange for 200,000 Barr. If you meet the requirements inwhang will warp you to the tomb which requires 10 town teleport scrolls and 10 resurrection scrolls. Once you've completed both these stages you are free to learn level 4 spells. This is done by visiting the npc's which you initially learned the spell you would like to level (magic trainer in tyt above the fountain to level heal for example). The requirements for this are the relevant spell at level 3, 100 magic skill of the spell magic type (blue for heal), and 1 large diamond.

There is no level requirement, iirc I got him when i was level 50 I think
