I am unsure if this is a bug or intended. Is skill unaffected by rested xp?
My evidence to this is between me and a guildie where i am 12+ staff skill behind them but only 3 int. The main difference is that i play 100% of the time with rested and they dont |

I had a wraith tank and used as many MA+ accessories as I could and got to about 50 int in around 4 hours... Had about 15 staff skil
Makes a big difference |
