This has happend a few times now. When some people are CTRL + Q to log out, their character doesn't actualy log off and are free to be PK'd and drop items. I've seen this happen to two people now on seperate occasions

Another bug. Going through portals, not being able to move and having to log out, then having problems getting lgged back in while your character again, stays in game able to be PK'd
