should be every 5 int, but the exp shadows and NM give shouldn't make this such a big slowdown

I actually believe it gets slightly faster at 110ish int because you kill faster and most people say its the same 95-150+ so id imagine if there are slowdowns they are very minor

On DSoma there are no slowdowns after 100. It feels like it gets faster as a result.

There are 3 things that determine the gain of a stat.

1) Slowdowns of the stat.
2) Your stat relative to the monster you're hunting.
3) The experience required to level up.

Point 1. There is no Slowdown of STR DEX or INT above 100str/dex/int.
Point 2. As you get closer and surpass the monster you're hunting, you will incur penalties to stat growth.
Point 3. With each level increase, the experience required for subsequent levels increases meaning you get more stats per level.

As far as Hsoma is concerned, if we're talking about Nightmares (145int) you will feel a slowdown at 100int (Point1) when you reach 115 INT you will feel another slowdown (Point2), at 125, 135, 145 you will have slight slowdowns.
When you reach 155 and finally 165 you will be hit with a massive penalty where it slows down a lot (almost double the time required) and the last penalty for Nightmares is at 176.0 where you no longer gain anything.

Remember, if you plan to go past 165int that you ensure you finish on a whole number (i.e. 176.0) so that you do not waste any % (Although, this applies to any stat).

There are actually slowdowns every 5.0 but they are not linear, the slowdown takes affect after you exit the current bracket (eg your rate is 1.3* at 115 to 120.9int, 1.2* at 121 to 135.9 etc)

Above is just an example.
