Slowdown timings

I'm back in Soma after years away. Over the past month or so I've levelled to 50ish, and am really enjoying the game again. What i've found though, is that at the same time that your rested xp dries up, the first major slowdown to stats hits (65 int, str and dex). Basically you're hit with two major slowdowns in levelling at the same time. I understand that you want to give people a headstart to catch higher levels, but it's quite disheartening to suddenly have your levelling speed suddenly reduced by 75% or so.
My suggestion is to raise the 65 stat slowdown to 70, to give people a few levels without rested to get used to the new speed. Thoughts?

Not something that will be changed thus far in the game

You still gain rested over time if your in town, and there's always the possibility of free rested being bumped up to 60. But the same issue will happen once u off rested again

It's still not that bad even off rested at that sort of level, just grind through it :)

You gain rested xp ridiculously fast anyway (compared to before), just chill, take a day off and come back next day to 60% rested.

having free rested to lvl 50 is fine any higher would be pointless 60 lvls for free then 40 levels not free i hope free rested stays at 50 and not get raised to 60
