[SOLVED] Item linking between accounts

When trying to link items on serveral characters on the same account i get a bug that no matter what i do i get the same wh on all the chars it wont let me see the correct wh and invent.

It's not intended to work like that otherwise there would be the potential to link things from other people's accounts and who would really want folks poking around their warehouse. Rude!

I say it's not intended based on there not being a tab for other chars on the account on the post function but certainly a decent suggestion for adding.

Think he's saying that it bugs

Once you load up that charactors warehouse and then you swop charactors to link more items it still shows the firsts warehouse

Forum item linking will link items for the character that is posting. Cannot link items for another character on the same account when posting as a different character.

but if you link items from one character then swop over to another character and go to link items, the ware house from the first character is displayed

Assuming that you are posting and linking items and then pinning another character in another browser tab and then trying to link items in the same post. It isn't possible to do that. Have to make a post on each character separately to link items from each of them.

yes each is in its own post, but in the same browser going to link warehouse on that 2nd char in its own post brings up the firsts warehouse

I don't have this problem, but could be something to do with browser cache?

Using Internet Explorer, I do have to empty my cache which logs me out then back in will re check later

Sorry have been away!, Fin its exactly what Jaheira is saying lets say I have 2 stores on this account im on now, ill link some items from one of there wh to a thread then switch to the other character and try link that chars items aswell, but I cant it bugs and shows me the wh of the other character no matter what I do. even when switching between other accounts it still bugs and shows me that wh from the first one I looked at. just tried to do it 2 mins ago and its bugged so came to look at this thread again.
