When casting weaken and you get hit the spell used to instantly retry what this meant was if a mob was slowed and then you tried to cast weaken you'd get hit and then the cast would restart immediately meaning the 2nd cast was guaranteed to land due to cast times and delay.

What happens now is that when weaken is interrupted the animation goes through to the end but fails obviously because you have been hit instead of halting outright at the point of being hit. As a result you cannot land the 2nd weaken 100% on a slowed target. Can show someone ingame if its not clear what i mean.
