int gains after 90

AP3	i'm currently doing int with no rested at prisms i'm at 90 int and i haven't gained any int and i've done 6.4% so far is there a slowdown at 90? PATHOLOGIST	You're going to get a lot of % per int if you are relatively low level. You won't notice the huge raise in % per int if you throw in a few levels of doing str/dex.
