The only exclusion could be the test server before this. Anyway as I see it there's no logic in shooting through walls. Cliffs on the other hand are a different matter.

I recommend adding more gap filling mobs between wraith 64? and dw's 78? only one i know of is lvl 3 mongman and i have never known anyone to hunt these. Probably not much of a spawn. Should ease the transition for lower lvls without pocket healers and tanks so. As it is people are having to cliff dws through walls or stay at wraiths for longer than they really should.

On esoma this was allowed. However shooting raps from cliffs was an offence. I was warned for doing it by Gorthol way back in beta.

I remember that, not being allowed to cliff raps but allowed to cliff evil crawlers?
I remember talking to a GM about it after the game was released and he said it was fine as long your interfearing with others hunting. The was one the bigger issues on e soma, each GM had there own different rules.
