Also fin, if youre not busy can you look at warp necks? Currently upgrading warp necklaces and valk studs completely removes the ma on them and replaces them with +2 magic attack ...
Orc tribe and warbeast studs can be upgraded with keen eyes and their min attack are increased

Edit: I am going to change all items using the first set of magic attack and magic defense to use the second set. They will then work with upgrades that are available.
This will be done during a server reboot because will change the special type on existing items where possible.(excludes items that have been upgraded and had special type altered). There is no compatible upgrade item for Warp Necklace (there will be other items with same problem) This is because there is two sets of magic attack and magic defense special types for items. So the upgrade item has a different item special type compared to the item and therefore it will just replace it (not a bug). A different upgrade item will have to be added or the items altered to a special type that matches the current upgrade items.
