"_JR_"If you have no pking at magmas your just gunna get little bitches running to magmas during a pk fight as a safe spot or to cry a ban on people... +1 Remove magmas from Vod. Make a map just for them and is a pk free zone. Then rest of Soma is open world pvp and should not be turned off unless theres a Gm spawned event.

Do you remember how much you used to ridicule botters? Do you remember how much you used to ridicule Basil? So you must forgive me for finding your justification a little bit hypercritical. I'm sure you'll reply with 'gtg better things to do' etc I just hope you can get all this shit out your head. When you hit the play button on this free game there are T&C's and Rules you agree to play by - if you don't like them play a different game. You can't justify by saying "Well he done it so I'm doing it" what would you do if your child gave you that excuse? As I said to that tit last night - if all the people who invested money in this bot had donated that money to the server - maybe improvement and plans would be underway to make it better for all of us. Soma to be is an escape from real life woes, I don't stress about it, I don't worry about it and I definitely don't get angry about it. Enjoy your gaming in Soma or otherwise.

Noone else can see it unless the person shares it. a GM identity should be kept hidden to everyone so no one will take advantage of your power/position. This is when corruption starts. No offense, just my saying since i ALSO played the game since esoma started ;p

Why do I have Soma people in Skype? Because I've played this game for over 15 years. I know people from all corners, from all guilds. I've played ESoma, hosted my own servers and played over at least 25 pirate servers. Don't tell me you're surprised we know people, lol.
As for the rule itself;
I was approached for clarification. This happened both on Skype as well as ingame through PM. There is no practical way to check if something was 'ss spawned' or not. The proper way would be to check the soma times and calculate it compared to last SS event. This is not something I'm looking forward too. If this continues to be a problem we'll simply change it so PK is disabled during a certain period of time after SS.
There is a way to prevent PKing during GM spawned events. By simply removing PK mode during at that time.
The official ruling was that there would be no PKing at GM spawned events. iSylver lated added Magma's and SS spawned bosses when they were introduced. However, it was never implemented properly as it was only shouted ingame (this would bring us to the same problem as asking in Skype or PM). When I asked for clarification we had decided to leave it with the original rule. Since that original rule is enforced by removing pk mode completely it slipped my mind to update the etiquette post.[/quote]

No PKing on Dsoma was done until the Xmas event where you were botting on several characters to completely abuse the spirit of the event.
