How to customise

*Note: Will need to first patch the client with the launcher and launch the game so that it sets up the default chat colours.

Open SomaDevLauncher.ini in a text editor within your Myth of Soma client install folder.

There will be a section named "chatcolors" with different chat types and their current colour values in RGB format htmlcolorcodes.com/color-picker/.

Modify the values of the chat colours that you want to change then save the file.

*Note: Zone and System extended are black by default and that means that they can be overriden by shout scrolls and the server. If you change these chat colours it will override all Zone and System extended chat (excluding Dura warning which has its own colour option)

You can then go in-game on a character and use the command /reloadchatcolors or restart the client.

A preview of the chat colours can be shown by using the command /previewchatcolors

Resetting back to default chat colours

Open SomaDevLauncher.ini within your Myth of Soma client install folder.

Delete the whole of the "chatcolors" section, save the file and use the command /reloadchatcolors or restart the client.
