Drop Changes:

 - Fixed cure not removing magic effects such as weaken or giggle.
 - Fixed evil moral not showing in F9 window.
 - Fixed being able to revive when killed by the opposing race. Player will now be force warped.
 - Fixed magic trainer NPCs still mentioning Rapid Magic Casting instead of Mages Contrivance as 2nd aura for staff.
 - Fixed requirements for all magic in NPC chat and script. Will only be able to learn magic that you can use.
 - Fixed melee damage reduction not working for WotW and Sacred Stone Events.
