New Feature:
Human world
Weapon skills can be locked/unlocked on the character status UI.
Locking stops gains and excludes it from decreasing at total weapon skill cap.
Changes:
Private messages can now be read between worlds.
Maximum members in a party is now increased by 1 every 20 charisma.
Bug Fixes:
Humans will no longer get warped back to TYT during a T6 raid when Devil GVW is on.
Fix human crystal prophecy portal not de-activating (already applied).
