Changes:

• Single shout scroll changed so it cant be used for !!! shouts to reduce spam
• Attacks, auras, and magic (including healing) that count as a PK (so excluding PVP events, gvw, wotw, duels, etc) will now no longer hit a player when in battle mode, must be in PK mode

Quests:

• New repeatable quests for end game weapons
• New dailies for Elder Magma beast
• New devil soma quests Wizard Woes and Messy Delight
• Fixed wrong mob used in Spellbound quest
