Fixed bug where couldn't move items within inventory due to equipment delay

A Quest Tracker has been added, you can track up to 5 quests and they will persist.

• A UI will show by default to the top right of the screen to show these quests, you can move the UI by holding 'ALT' and dragging, you can also toggle tracking of a quest by also holding 'ALT' and double clicking on a quest in the tracker list.
