AoE magic skill changes adjusted so that staff skill still gains per target

Diamond Small in Daily Marks store changed to Large and is 17 daily marks in both HSaom & DSoma.
Brics have been removed from mob list for the Mob Problems quests.
Increased DSoma Hellion Heretic & Apai Cultist spawns
Increased Enraged Boar spawn
Adjusted stats on the following mobs:
- Drazil (similar to boar)
- Elite Lizardman (similar to Hellish Troll)
- Enraged Boar (slight tweaks)
- Hellish Troll (slight tweaks)
- Vafer Raptor (slight tweaks)
- Elder Magma Beast (Health reduced & some other slight tweaks)
- Magma Beast (Health reduced)
Adjust spawns for:
- Drazil (Quicker spawn, more of them)
- Elite Lizardman (Quicker spawn, more of them)
- Hellish Troll (Split the spawn between left & right)
