The lands of Soma are in a state of cautiousness. The plants are acting odd, the lava flows are even wilder and the monsters are even more furious than normal. Some monsters are taunting ‘Gorshak is coming! Gorshak is coming!’.

The legendary preacher ‘Chandler Peddle’ has told the Head of the Town that Gorshak is a mighty being from another world. He is part of a colonization force that is attacking from the continental army. He has brought two captains who have set themselves up elsewhere, more deeply in the lands of Soma.

Is this the end for the peaceful lands of Soma or will the infamous Somarians tear those creatures apart and steal their alien loot?

Find out in the latest Blade of Heaven patch - The Rise of Gorshak!

This patch includes many wonderful things for both worlds. First of all you will be better heard now that Gamemasters and Advisors can chat with both worlds through all forms of chat. Players will also quickly notice that the free rested XP has been increased to lvl 40!

One of the most amazing features you will find is a newly introduced Death Penalty. Now dying without a resurrection scroll won’t be nearly as frightening.

The humans will feel more powerful when they find and equip their new weapons from the invading army. Of course the devil world wil also receive some nice goodies from these monstrous beasts. Both worlds will find a whole new world of upgrades waiting for them as well as a host of new skins!

War of the worlds

War of the Worlds has been upgraded. You will find that you are no longer able to enter PK mode during War of the Worlds. Players killers will also notice that they can freely roam around in the castle during the war.

Warriors of both worlds will also be interested to hear of three Sacred Shards that are rumoured to be carried by the invasion force. Perhaps Chandler Peddle can tell you more.

Upgrading

Devils are finally deemed ready to start upgrading. Devils will also find that their Defence and Magic defence has been altered slightly. On top of this Devil Mages will find something very interesting to discover!

Both worlds have been blessed with more than half a dozen new upgrades as well as the basic materials required to craft them.

The Frying Pan is now able to cook and as an extra gift we’ve also made an Alchemy Set!

Bosses

We have several new bosses and mini bosses which should supply you with more goodies to help you throughout your journey in soma. You may also find that some of the bosses you thought you knew were slightly edited to better fit your needs.

On the topic of bosses, you will find that all bosses now spawn at more random times!

Those who challenge Grath the Werewolf will quickly notice that he no longer celebrates his attackers with Fireworks but instead furiously attacks them with Master Multiple Attack.

New equipment

We have also created quite a few new accessories for you to discover. Will you find them all?

You may also find the game reacts more friendly towards being idle.

Bug fixes

There are a range of bug fixes which should provide for a more enjoyable game. For instance devils may find that they now lose moral when killing a target with devil moral.

Players may also find that closing the game through the task bar is not as efficient as before.

Players might notice that the Choker accessories from the previous event do not trigger anymore from healing.

Devil mages will now find that the Lightning spell now asks for the correct materials. They may also celebrate a graphical update to their currently available upgraded spells.

Delivery guards have now decided not to travel to Pandemonium any more due to recent lootings.

Website features

The website now has a marvelous new feature, namely item linking!
