It would be more than annoying and I know I'd be frustrated. Hopefully can get it sorted. Seems to be a mix of people it's happening to.
More often when there is a high population in the one area. |

I d/c very frequently whenever i'm at my own place which has BT broadband set up but whenever I am at my Dad's home I never d/c, not at all... he has virgin internet.
I'm not technical so have no idea what to draw from this but there's obviously something wrong my end not and not Somadev's, as it runs perfectly when at my Dads.

Just seems weird to me that this ONLY seems to happen at GVW.
It wasn't happening to Equil or Dyn, and it was only happening whenever they all got near the stone. Then Bang. They all go at once. Surely if this is a "random" occurrence like we are being told, it would be happening daily and it wouldn't be all through the GVW? Not just a convenient time when people are about to move onto a stone? Its happening all at once to people in the USA, China, UK, Belgium and Italy.

Yes we're aware of the problem and are looking at what it could be.
However, creating 50 threads on the matter just makes it worse keep it contained to one thread where we can address everyone. Things to try in the short term: 1) Try running in windows 98 compatibility mode 2) Do a traceroute to your ISP during gvw and search for any packet loss. You expect us to fix it but don't offer any debug help?

I sylver in next update maybe create a programme for people to run when they have these problems?
I don't have these problems but I wouldn't know how to run a trace route, Could even drop the programme onto desktop? |

Pretty obvious it is a bug to do with magic. Try running compatability mdoe as Isylver suggested and also check the dpi scaling box and run as admin jus tin case.
Also, are you on win 8? |

The key thing to help us look into this is viewing a dc ourselves from the users perspective not just caught on the screen.
What exactly happens? Do you get a dialog box etc. |
