Yeah but from my perspective the only time I have these DCs is at GV and from the videos those near me DC too. Also only happens at the stone area (for me anyway).
Which is why i thought its possibly related to FW or 110int spells?

There are many ways PK, someone bothers you, you can choose to kill him; he was killed, his property will be reduced by the penalty, which is very normal PK, GM can not intervene!
