If you want to be at a higher % and kill any human is sight all you have to do is let humans retain conti for a few weeks. It really is that simple!

At least you devils can still gain pos while humans own conti which is something humans can't do when devils own the map.

You forget to mention the part where tasteless and carnage running around naked tanking probably 10+ people.

So its ok for it to rqeuire 3+ devils to kill 1 human, but its not ok for it to require 10+ humans to kill 1 devil? Im sure they are probably "loling" about it too

Dev keeps going on about grinding, wtf does he think humans do between wars?
Looking at the player feed it looks like ted is having no problem gaining pos from humans today, over 1200. Humans have no chance at all of doing that when devs own the map.

Ridiculous how the devils are crying so much in this topic.

So yeah just cancel wotw all together and exchange it every week since there is no point to it right now.


This is aload of shit. I bet malefic was mashing pots and bread when he was being mashed. He also didn't last very long, he may be able to survive because of his pots and bag weight but he will eventually run out (Alot quicker then devils i may add).

The population numbers are also invalid as the numbers for humans/devils isn't actually too far off. The only reason we have more numbers is there are noobs like me who will be 2/3 hitted by most devils who are there for the sole purpose to inflict status changes to devils to watch them drop when they dont serum quick enough.

It is as balanced as it will ever get. If it's a problem Sylver will change it, like he has before. You can't complain when you've had conti 2 on 1 off pretty much since the server started, if not more then that. Wait till next wow when we are defending and we will more than likely lose and if we don't I find it hard to believe that we'll defend it for a second time.

It'd be interesting to see if Sylver could post the conti %'s, the current holder of conti and if they won or lost. Just to have everything in a comparison as this server develops. But all of this is just my constructive two cents.


I think that the amount of pos should be looked at for a kill/death though.

I'd be very interested to see a war without +100 pots, or even a 2/3 second delay as tbh I think that's what is causing all this "he can tank X humans/devs" sponge syndrome - he who holds the most pots wins.

This is exactly it.

When talking about who is tanking who at the war, you can see Linkdx's stream, Malefic is taking damage that can be outhealed by only one person when he has 3 of the hardest hitting devils hitting him (while he's in nightmare robes).

By contrast, Tasteless and Carnage tanking 10x humans is solely possible because they have +100's.

The damage intake from the devils is substantially higher than the damage intake from humans.

It's also evident from that last war of the quantity of humans who heal and only use pots as a last resort.

Sure, wars are expensive... I spend about 200k per war, how much do humans invest?

Besides, I still vote for the removal of the +100pot, makes this whole balance thing ridiculous, nigh impossible.

no he wasnt he was getting heals watch the stream then say it bs. and pop numbers diffrence is alot more then "not too far off". and since you telling they are noobs then they should take Fujitora's advice of leveling up more

all you ppl bitch about is balance then just get the gm's to exchange it every week like i said perfect balance. but its not about balance you just want to kill high lvl devils. while id like to be able to kill some1 not who is not below lvl 30 at 65+

quit being so self-centered & pos-hungry.

you SHOULDN'T be able to kill anyone within 10-15lvls easily SOLO. It should require a team 2-4 to down them.

As seen by when humans strike - randon without directed weaken = no devil down.

focus on a single target = dead.

and malefic was definitely downing pots/breads constantly - he's probs got a health pool <600 so it'd be impossible for him not to. Just because you don't see a pot animation doesn't mean he was standing there twiddling thumbs.

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with Ilovecawk, but human's turnout was less than half of your last win, just check Linkdx's video.

(And the % of the war was the same).

definitely a lower human turnout, coupled with a higher than usual dev turnout =P

Was a painful experience, still got the marks I think :D

Perhaps more needs to be done to increase the incentive to turn up.

Do any Conti monsters drop upgrade items? As introducing them to even the low level monsters in Conti would create more of a reason to hunt there.

In addition, Anachrota serve no purpose at all, nobody hunts them. Could have them equal stats to Mongmen but with a more attractive dropfile.

Orcish Avengers could drop small gems.

Large Livers could be added to Mujarin dropfile.

Both Drazil and Lizardmen need their defensive dex reduced and their spawnrate increased.
Drazil for example, are the same stats as a Conti AB yet have 30 more defensive dex (90) which doesn't make sense seeing as devils have more dexterity than humans...

The only things I see conti being useful for are Leiverbeasts, Bone Golems and Wraiths.

Everything on Conti should be attractive, not your 'token monster'.
