Fair enough - sorry i've not capped a human as of yet, I didn't realise that it only equated to 3 dex or so.
Either way the point still stands that it isn't out of the question to disregard time invested for the supposed 'greater good'. But yeah -1 fuck putting stat allocation on h soma to bring it back to topic.

"BONEBIT2"All these people -1 are the ones that have spent the countless hours making the best stat characters and i understand why they would be angry by this change, but its a bit selfish imo thinking about yourselves rather than the whole server and the possibilities of new players with a higher UC."TYROZET"-1 Such a terrible idea it has been stated that the more levels that come out the closer the stats will be,its not exactly difficult to level a character you just need to put in the effort. stat allocation killed dsoma at this point they may as well delete dsoma.

Those who want to put the hours in should be rewarded over those who do not
The stat allocation ruined dsoma, ask any dsoma player pre patch they will agree, hence why most have left
What about those that have spent over 4 thousand hours in game with a gen1 char, how are they rewarded? With obsolete statistics?
1st off the post has 0% credibility if posted on store char (if u guna s**t on the floor, be man enuff to stand next to it).... but, lets look at it anyway.
2nd the argument for putting the time in to heal 100 int vs just lvling is easy so settle... the thousands of hours that would have been used to heal to 100 int could be spent farming mats and makng items; ending up with stats/upgrades that equal more then the +3 stats from healing, for the same overall time in the end... Other than that they are called a 2nd gen char for a reason (healer used to help lvl a 1st gen and get through the game/ I wona try make a better char then i did 1st time round) 3rd this killed the hell out of dsoma (a lot of the time i feel like im the only sod still there) so its crazy to risk killing the game altogther. 4th i can tell you im currently doing this on two chars, as the death of dsoma means i need to log on human just to talk to ppl (gives me something to do in a chat room). why should i not get some kind of reward for being practically forced to play human when i dont want to, if i eva actually decide to cap? (i would have quit altogether a long time ago through sheer boredom with no one to talk to 70-80% of the time) ha and p.s healing gives int when in /freemode so there is no reason that you cant just heal to 100 int when ur capped [granted you wont get the mana pool doing this, but u will have a bigger pool while doing it; so it can be done in less time (more reason to lvl first i guess)]. Just comes down to those who cant be bothered and just want everything for free.

All this thread shows is that stores shouldn't be allowed to post in this section of the forum.
Name and shame please, or at least have the bollocks to post on your main when having an opinion. |

The only good thing about stat allocation is the ability to level on any monster that gives you experience points the end.
For all the great additions and improvements to Soma the 2 biggest problems are the stat allocation on dsoma and the +50 on hsoma. There is no Myth of Soma no longer it's just turned into the Myth of clones. Dsoma - Archer class Hsoma - Bow/Axe Remove both for the good of Soma.

Stat allocation and the loss of +50 would kill hsoma... bow necessary for some dex...... when dex gained any weps are viable.. and also swappable at will when u feel like it. This freedom of choice is what makes Soma what it is.
Hands off ! |

Although this healing for int shit needs fixing, speed it up, remove it, start with 100 int, whatever. Stand back and look at it, put away your hard on for soma, and don't cry because you already spent months doing it. Just look at what people are having to do for decent stats, it's ridiculous.

Hsoma's stat/lvling system is what keeps alot of ppl playing. Why would you want to remove it?
I understand Dsoma's being changed but Hsoma's is fine as is |
