Heh, you must be trolling. I'm level 40 at the moment and a Weaken+DB does about 80% of my health in one. Of course, with +100 HP pots I can heal through that... but what if there was 2 or 3 of you hitting me simultanously? I wouldn't last a second. I suspect a lot of Devils are going to be doing a lot of punching soon.

One of the main problems is most humans aren't gaining any str past 65, I'm not really sure what they were thinking putting a cap like that on humans but it has crippled allot of people

The 65 slowdown is a big slowdown for all stats.
An example; Prior to 65int, a devil mage can gain between 2.0~3.0int each level After 65int, a devil mage gains approx 0.8~0.9int each level As the experience reaches its own slowdown, those stat gains increase. This applies to all stats. It's not as noticeable as a melee devil simply because their weapons hit real hard.
