"FIDDLESTICK"I think it becomes boring for people such as my self that cant keep up with the top players... so you go there and sit in the safe zone as you just get smashed if you step out!

would be good if there were events based on your level... maybe 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 and such

Yeah i suppose best way to stop devils and hardcore players advancing way too far head is to make gargoyles the strongest mobs to hunt for a few weeks slowing down the hardcore playersd and devils both together. (Only for a few weeks) and then slowly add in the stronger mobs slowly over time such as WBM and those lizard things.

No idea why people are so dead set on everyone being the exact same there's always going to be people who can't keep up no matter how many safe guards and caps you put in place that's just how it is.

If you're not a hardcore player fair enough because there's nothing wrong with being a casual player but trying to dictate how much people play then penalising them for it just doesn't seem right to me.

"HORUS"The balance is way off humans simply wont turn up as on 95% even im guessing semi casual dsoma players who are in dread?? 4 hit me. was taken to 10% hp by 1 sword attack and i dont really class myself as playing casual. highest str humans getting 2 hit by mid tier devils. Alarms should be going off right about now.

FYI, just because a devil is in Dread, does not mean he/she is mid level. Rare tagged dread has more defence than untagged Supreme and is more available at the moment.

You could increase the tag bonus on Hsoma if you want, but the fact of the matter is, Hsoma already have the ability to win these wars. You greatly outnumber us but refuse to attend. How can you call for buffs and nerfs if you haven't even shown up in full force to contest the map?

Gaining more POS in the throne room also means loosing more POS in the throne room, hardly an incentive. As for bonus EXP/Skill scrolls... That's just stupid.

I think its just going to take abit of time to establish a foundation of higher level humans.
Yes devils do have higher attack and defence which will always be the case.

However, humans have way more potential for character development in the long run with upgrades, m tags etc. For instance humans int hurts massively and with the new DMG caps int becomes a big threat.

Both races have their own strengths and weaknesses and at this point side agree with devils having the advantage but it won't always be like that.

Thanks for the feedback we have now made it so.

First defense: 100%
Second: 90%
Third 80%

So the next war should be on 80%.

Not going to turn up to give you guys an amazing experience running around 2 Hitting every1 feeling like Rambo, The both worlds have been out the same amount of time, 1 dsoma player should not be able to tank 10 hsoma players. And he was grey we were doing 1 dmg simple as that. Pick dsoma want to play for wotw and then be happy that you are 2 hitting the highest level humans and then complain that they dont turn up. Logic

Alright not sure whos having trouble understanding this but I'm sure everyone knows dsoma was introduced to esoma AFTER hsoma was already up and running hence the speed devils level at, having both worlds start at the exact same time obviously means at the start devils are going to be stronger for a while it's not that hard to understand.

I also have no idea why some humans think they should be able to challenge devils melee wise when they know that's not a weakness...

I do not think aynone is having trouble understanding anything about how powerful devils are at the moment. The main point is how pointless the WOTW is at the moment. The issue has been addressed and a solution has been impemented.

As devil's are more powerful at the moment, surely it is in everybodies interest to keep WOTW interesting. It will probably take a trial and error approach with the % decrease per week while humans catch up, but for now everybody should just agree that we are a community that want to at least have some competitve WOTW's and not wait a month or two for things to even out. Luckily we have people who can adjust the percentages and make it happen.

Onwards and upwards.

So when does it even out exactly? Its known that devils level faster so the gap will just get bigger and bigger. Magic is no good when you're getting 2 shotted by more powerful magic which has an infinite range I.e. a bow....

Should have delayed dsoma just like the original esoma(as thats how it was meant to be), that would have been the only way to even it out! (Without nerfing dsoma). It is very very unbalanced.

"MONSTER"The way the tag's work favours devils hugely as its % based for example the 85~ skill weps on dsoma can gain 10-10 attack extra just being a [rare] tag, as for hsoma a weapon like blood bow getting a [rare] tag would get something petty like 2-2 probaly.

Not saying devs need a nerf, maybe a buff to hsoma's tags

Thanks a lot! This should at least make WoW more fun for now.

I refuse to say anything about balance because only 25-50% of the able humans have been seen at WoW. IF it truly is a balance problem it will be tackled in due time.

However I would like to note that at the last few wars (and HSoma GVW as well) there was a concerning lack of team work.

Therefore on this new server Dsoma should have been implemented at the same timescale AFTER Hsoma in order to keep the status quo.... (If not twice as long to counter the double rates)

Devils level faster than Humans (originally intended so they could catch up on Esoma). Server rates are doubled. The rate at which Dsoma level faster is now double that of Hsoma. Not only has Dsoma started at the same time as Hsoma, and Dsoma levels faster anyway, but that difference in levelling rates is now double as well.

Furthermore the item percentage increase on tags (rare/epic) favour Dsoma significantly.

Can anyone else see this logic? The gap will only ever get larger, or is there something I'm missing here? Is it not true that Devils with similar play time are hammering Humans?

I don't think this is fair on Hsoma players, and I think if everyone turned up, it'd simply be more cannon fodder for the Devs?

Devils have a more hardcore world (difficulty wise ie how to obtain armor/weapons), but less distractions so that balances each other out.

Devils level faster - I'd like to see some statistics about this, since I haven't noticed it stat wise (excluding mages as they are very fast but also squishy). Of course, I cannot see stats so I base this off what I see and hear. I could be very wrong with this, or even exactly on the point.

New tags - It is true that they are based on a percentage. Logically devils should have more advantage from this, indeed.

Let's say devils are 20% stronger (guesstimate). Humans make up 2/3 of this world. Surely 10 team working humans could make it hard for devils. Instead however, we see very little humans and get very little information about RvR. It's like you gave up before the server started. If you want to us to make the proper decision I cannot stress enough that we need the most part of the top of both worlds to participate in events.

So in short - talking about RvR balance is a dangerous thing with this little information.

Glad to see next war is 80% Should be a good one!!

Dsoma melle may level faster, but humans int levels the playing field. We knew of lvl 40+ humans before we were lvl 35.

As grav said before long humans will own devs, but right ow our tags are tearing you apart.

Roll on Wotw...

It is a balance problem. just because on esoma there were more humans to devils doesnt mean the whole server has to turn up. for the people who do turn up it is UNBALANCED. Like i said we wont turn up to be cannon fodder and to be someone else`s source of amusement. Its broken. Also who ever is saying that devs are always stronger at the start? clue? dsoma was introduced much later so they were behind, they then took over and continued to stay ahead for ever... now hsoma will never catch up to dsoma, I also doubt 80% is enough of handicap as they will still be hitting us for half hp if you take the average dsoma attack and subtract the average hsoma defense there will still be something silly like 90-150 of a difference.

I've seen both Gump and Gandalf literally 2 hit devs with db sometimes without even applying weakening these are the only two humans with db at the moment unless I'm wrong on that so I think things may improve once everyone gets there spells.

Good luck getting there though because from what I've seen your team work sucks, if people don't want to show then that's fair enough it's their call but it's not something I'm going to lose any sleep over.
