Few good ideas in hoho?'s thread regarding this. Capping conti raiding dex to say 100/110 and increasing your attack would mean not only could you drop those Lvl 60s but you could drop higher levels too.
1v1 on an archer is just a ball ache and most devils to be fair.
Let's say you attack a wraith hunter or the likes and I come to save his poor little soul. Your redic dex focuses on me. You shrug off his ma and I shrug off your att. We all end up just wasting time and it's just annoying. I'd sooner see the top devs coming to conti with the ability and risk of me being killed than just being 'min damaged' to boredom/frustration.
No one wants to nerf devils as such. Personally (I don't play a dev) I think it would make your raiding more fun. If there is a chance of a kill.
Would also help dsoma mages who's ma just doesn't do anything to higher int chars which doesn't make sense.

Decrease f9 and increase f10 ;(

110 is too low, 130 is more reasonable.
100dex human with+dex and evasion, or similarly accuracy would cause too many problems for mages and/or the lower dex devil classes, pushing the problem the other way.

I actually think 110 is fine for a testing point of view, not many people have 100 dex. It can always be amended and I definitely agree with the F10 upping.

Level 100 devil should be able to kill a level 75, 30 levels lower, not just have the level 75 pot n "***" translation: lol

Agreed ;o 110/115 is decent tbh, only 5 humans have 100+ dex. Most mid-high lvls have around 90 ish and 110 could always be tweaked in the future. Not only uppin the % would help devil's do more dmg but they'd also have a bit more MD :p. Only monster atm can tank a stone at WotW unless 187 turns up.

Devil's coordination last war was fucking poor though :p compared to EQ n co.

all good caping dex on conti at 110, but this doesn't fix devil vs devil dex issues
